This policy applies to all bookings of Claire's Chateau, operated by The Chapel House LLC. We know plans change, and we will always try to find a path that works.
Cancellations by You
- 14 or more days before your date: full refund of all payments made.
- Fewer than 14 days before your date: the deposit is non-refundable, but it may be applied once toward a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.
- No-shows are charged the full booking fee.
Rescheduling
Every booking includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 72 hours before your start time, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee of 10% of the booking total.
Cancellations by Us
In the rare event The Chapel House LLC must cancel your booking (emergency, utility failure, or conditions making the space unusable), you may choose a full refund of all payments or priority rebooking on a new date.
Weather
Outdoor spaces, including the porch, gardens, and Sunshine Chapel, are weather-dependent. Indoor backup space is included with every booking. Weather alone does not qualify a completed or in-progress event for a refund.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Email howdy@claireavirett.com or call (423) 366-5744 with your name and booking date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
